Secondly, by making this statement, you’re trying to make yourself stand out as an authority. With this intention, 99% of “so” called fitness experts don’t have the knowledge you have. Thus, discrediting good weight loss plans that have been designed.
Claim No 2: Regular exercise won’t help you lose weight. Also, it increases the chances of you developing belly fat, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and early death!
Hmmm, really Shawna. What college or university teaches this? Furthermore, who gave you your fitness credentials with advice like that? It should be shut down.
If a doctor gives lousy advice that could harm people, they would be struck off. All things considered, this should be the same for personal trainers and fitness professionals.
You don’t need to be a fitness expert to know this is tosh. Any 5-year-old child will know exercise will do the exact opposite.

WHAT? Can you say that again, Shawna! You’re telling it soon as you hit 35 to me just “switches” on. and boom, your belly is flooded with “menopause molecules.”
I have never heard of this before. However, there is a semi-truth here. Some studies suggest there is a menopause gene.
But no studies have found a “menopause molecules.” Also, no mention of a switch that turns on at 35! In fact, experts tend to agree that the menopause is more common in the early ’50s

Claim No 4: The more you work out, the FASTER the fat piles onto your belly until eventually your “menopause switch” becomes STUCK in fat storage mode.
A condition is commonly known as “Menopause Belly.”
NO NO NO, Shawna. The more you work out, the more belly fat you lose. However, fat accumulation during menopause isn’t calorie related. As a matter of fact, an increase in belly fat during menopause is due to hormones. Most notably, estrogen.

I personally believe you should avoid this Programme. There are better ones out there, such as the 3-week diet.
There is too much made up content and misleading information to take this plan seriously. If you are going through menopause and starting to develop belly fat, then naturally, you will be looking for a solution. These types of programs prey on your vulnerability.
