Is My Bikini Belly A Scam –

By | December 16, 2016

Attention Woman Over 35, you could lose your pounds!

In this post, you are going to come across some bold claims. In fact, So audacious it’s made me wonder, is my bikini belly a scam. As always, I enter any review with an open mind. You never know it may just be the next best thing. After all, losing belly fat is an open science!

The Programme is aimed at women 35 and over. It’s designed to help you with weight gain due to hormone changes when going through the menopause.

Unfortunately, after only reading the first few opening statements, I laughed so hard and couldn’t take this “landing page” seriously and honestly insulted! I will tell you why shortly.

Shawna Kaminski designs this “powerful” secret formula. Shawna claims, she has helped 1000’s of women. I also worked with leading menopause experts to produce this fantastic breakthrough.

In this post, we will be looking at the claims made by Shawna Kaminski. We want to see if they hold any substance. Ultimately, find out if this is a waste of money and time.

My Bikini Belly Outrageous Claims

Claim No 1: 99% of these so-called fitness experts are ignoring this bodyweight breakthrough!

Ok, Shawna, this is insulting to the 99% of these so-called fitness experts. Firstly, we “experts” ignore this because we have no idea what the breakthrough is. Moreover, without spending money, you won’t tell us what the discovery is.

Secondly, by making this statement, you’re trying to make yourself stand out as an authority. With this intention, 99% of “so” called fitness experts don’t have the knowledge you have. Thus, discrediting good weight loss plans that have been designed.

Claim No 2: Regular exercise won’t help you lose weight. Also, it increases the chances of you developing belly fat, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and early death!

Hmmm, really Shawna. What college or university teaches this? Furthermore, who gave you your fitness credentials with advice like that? It should be shut down.

If a doctor gives lousy advice that could harm people, they would be struck off. All things considered, this should be the same for personal trainers and fitness professionals.

You don’t need to be a fitness expert to know this is tosh. Any 5-year-old child will know exercise will do the exact opposite.

The Claims become Even More Outrageous

Claim No 3: There is a tiny little gene hidden deep in your fat cells inside the belly that remain “switched” off until your 35. Once you hit 35, “the switch” instantly turns on, and menopause molecules flood your stomach!

WHAT? Can you say that again, Shawna! You’re telling it soon as you hit 35 to me just “switches” on. and boom, your belly is flooded with “menopause molecules.”

I have never heard of this before. However, there is a semi-truth here. Some studies suggest there is a menopause gene.

But no studies have found a “menopause molecules.” Also, no mention of a switch that turns on at 35! In fact, experts tend to agree that the menopause is more common in the early ’50s

Claim No 4: The more you work out, the FASTER the fat piles onto your belly until eventually your “menopause switch” becomes STUCK in fat storage mode.

A condition is commonly known as “Menopause Belly.”

NO NO NO, Shawna. The more you work out, the more belly fat you lose. However, fat accumulation during menopause isn’t calorie related. As a matter of fact, an increase in belly fat during menopause is due to hormones. Most notably, estrogen.

At the same time, no real medical condition called “menopause belly” exists—another make-belief fact from Shawna.

So What Is Shawna’s Training Formula?

Your guess is as good as mine. Shawna says there are three steps. The first step you turn off the “menopause molecules.”

The second phase activates the belly fat “shrinking hormone” with no explanation of what this is. My best guess would be leptin or ghrelin.

The third step is to turn up your metabolism. So far, that is the only statement that makes sense.

Now Shawna has titled her magic program “Metabolic Activation Training,” which has a trademark symbol next to it? Now, this is the thing there is such a thing as Metabolic Training! Could Shawna be talking about the same Training?

Metabolic Training is efficient. We have done it ourselves. Furthermore, it’s readily available on YouTube for free! In fact, head over to this post to find out more. “Metabolic Conditioning by Jade Teta

Regardless if you’re 35 or going through menopause. Metabolic Training has its advantages when it comes to weight loss and hormone production. We would advise looking into this method.

Without knowing what my bikini belly offers in the form of exercise, it’s hard to tell if it’s going to be the Training I have just mentioned. However, Shawna does offer a money-back guarantee if you don’t see results.

However, Shawna does offer a money-back guarantee if you don’t see results. We don’t know how easy it is to get your money back.

Final Word On Is My Bikini Belly A Scam

I am not going to call this an outright scam as it seems you get something for your money and could lose belly fat, what you get is a good guess, but it does have fraudulent claims.

With Shawna offering a money-back guarantee does fill me with a bit of confidence that it’s not a scam; however, these claims are unsubstantiated and downright dangerous.

I personally believe you should avoid this Programme. There are better ones out there, such as the 3-week diet.

There is too much made up content and misleading information to take this plan seriously. If you are going through menopause and starting to develop belly fat, then naturally, you will be looking for a solution. These types of programs prey on your vulnerability.

Exercise and a proper diet will always win, and anybody who goes against that doesn’t have your best interests at heart. Is My Bikini Belly A Scam? I’ll let you decide!

I read the article as well, I don’t believe the claims that are made by very many products on line. So I look for reviews of such products. I must say your review seems more petty, Than informative . I also though, you would try a product if you are going to review it. Of course your a man and don’t need this product, so WHY are you bashing it again?

      Hi Irma,

Thank you for your feedback! I didn’t mean it to come across “petty” the weight loss industry is full of scrupulous people who prey on people’s insecurities.

The claims from this diet are not true! You may well lose weight from it but the product shouldn’t be ingenious to make people buy it.

This site is to help people make the right choices and avoid disappointment.

After being in the industry for a long I’ve seen a lot of upset from lies. Any product that lies to make profit I will continue to call out whilst suggesting better options.

      Such as 3 week diet

They are ludicrous it may well be a good product but with them claims she is kinda discrediting herself. its a shame really without buying it we will never know, and I wont be buying it, that’s for sure

Great post and I love the fact that you called her out on what is so obvious to a 5 year old like you said. People like her get the good ones a bad name.

Sounds like a scam to me! Anytime you have outrageous claims, it is very obvious. They are just trying to be different and get your attention. The money back guarantee doesn’t mean much to me because you have to go through the hassle of getting your money back. We don’t know how difficult that will be. The fact that you don’t know what you are buying is a major red flag. Thanks for the post, cheers!

My thoughts exactly on the money back guarantee, such a little amount to quarrel over most will just let it go and be more wary next time.

The claims are way out there and for some, they will buy into it!

Hi Steven, thanks for the informative post. Some of the claims made me laugh, especially that exercise may increase the chances of you developing heart disease, diabetes, cancer and early death! Obviously you have to be aware that some people will make ridiculous claims. Thanks for sharing. Cheers
