Kiqplan Fitness App

I come across Kiqplan fitness app when I was going through google play looking for free fitness apps to try out, Must admit, it just looked like any other fitness app.

I was ready to dismiss Kiqplan fitness app and carry on scrolling as the rating wasn’t great and a few complaints, after reading some of the ratings, I found it a bit unfair as some people downloaded the app on unsupported devices.

However I am so glad I didn’t dismiss kiqplan fitness app, it’s a really good app, it’s not perfect but it’s got everything you need to help you lose weight.

During this post, I want to show you what Kiqplan is and how it will benefit you.

What is Kiqplan

Kiqplan is an online fitness coach that provides you with data to help you lead a healthy lifestyle, can be used with smart watches such as Apple, Samsung, Fitbug, Jawbone, Nike and misfit.

Kiqplan fitness app is essentially a 12-week personal trainer, that is there, 24 hours a day. Exercise, diet and motivation are all covered with this programme.

This app gives you weekly targets to give you that push, that accountability you wouldn’t normally have.

Because it can pair up with smart devices and wearables you receive all the data you need to analyse your progress.

What Do You get for £19.99

Spending money is totally optional you do get quite a bit free, however for £1.63 per week (Breaks down) you receive so much and let’s face it £1.63 per week, that’s nothing in this day and age you can’t even get yourself a skinny latte for that

There are 8 programmes to choose from –

  • Slim & Trim
  • Beer Belly Buster
  • Fit & Healthy
  • Your First 5k
  • 10k Run Ready
  • Bikini Body
  • Suns out Guns out
  • Healthy Baby Bump
  • Goodbye Baby Bump

Receiving a 12-week plan for just £19.99 is a great value, on top of that you have the calorie counter, food diary, 400 recipes all under 400 calories and can be made in less than 30 mins, weekly challenges to keep you motivated and voice over exercise videos,

My Thoughts

This is a fantastic app for beginners seasoned fitness enthusiast may find it the exercise videos easy but still great value in tracking your data and the recipes you would pay just as much for a 400 recipe book.

From the exercises I took part in on the app they were very versatile hitting all the big muscles and plenty of cardio, even bringing about a sweat.

I love working out with my own body weight so kiqplan was right up my street and really enjoyed the routine they had on the free version.

The paid version is going to go a lot more in-depth and information rich providing you with great recipes all under 400 calories.

The very fact its only £19.99 is great price point and well worth the money.

What I like about this app is it doesn’t promise you it will fall off overnight, it’s been designed by a real nutritionist and real trainers who have put a lot of effort to bring you the best app on the market.

I also like that there is plenty to do with the free version, kinda like dip your toes first before you buy. However if you want to see the best result investing in one of the 12-week plans would be the better option.

You can workout with this plan at the gym, outdoor and at home and trust me a personal trainer over 12 weeks would be extremely costly.

What Others Are saying About Kiqplan

From going through a few forums and other reviews it’s got some really positive feedback, what seems to be the biggest topic is the value for money and that it’s not one size fits all.

There are some complaints about technical problems and some people even saying they find it hard to navigate around the app, personally, I didn’t have a problem, however, I do have a bit of experience with technology.

Summary

I highly recommend Kiqplan fitness app for anyone looking to lose weight safely and reasonably quick, the value is exceptional for just £19.99 you really can’t go wrong.

Learn new exercises and recipes that you can carry on long after you have finished the 12 weeks, like mentioned there is a lot free, but for the price you may as well get the most out of it and dive right in.
